Boot camp works your endurance as well as your
strength, and that defines FIT. Resistance training is a key component to shed unwanted fat. Muscle burns fat,
bottom line. My boot camp is designed to help you lose fat and gain lean muscle mass by challenging the whole body
each workout. There is variety each workout so you never know what it will be next and keeps your body guessing.
What you can count on is a balanced work out each time to optimize fat loss. Another component is "mindset" to transform your body. Be unstoppable each workout and hit those
high intensity levels. And don't forget nutrition! Feed the body quality foods in appropriate portions regularly
throughout your day. You won't see results unless you combine exercise AND nutrition. Make boot camp part
of your life. It's all about high intensity training, mindset and nutrition. And it costs a fraction of personal
training but you are guided through each exercise unlike being in a gym environment on those useless machines. I use
a variety of equipment to get your metabolism exploding like: medicine balls, tubing, speed ladders, dumbbells, kettlebells,
tires, body weights, etc. Come on and
join TNT boot camp and meet new people who share the same goals as you. Feed off the energy of everyone else trying
to reach those intensity levels. Take on a little secret friendly competition and see amazing results! This is
interval training at its best.
My boot camp classes are held at The Knights
of Columbus in Oakland. The next six-week session begins JANUARY 4, 2010 and runs through FEBRUARY
12, 2010. Classes are at 6am on M-W-F, 9:15am on T-Th and 7pm on M-W. For new campers the first
week of each session is a free trial week. That means, no obligation just come try it out for the week. If
you decide you want "in" on it, sign up by the end of that week.
From January 4, 2010 through April
2, 2010 there will be 12 weeks of great workouts. Be accountable to that New Year's resolution and be fit
by the spring! This timeframe is split in two six-week sessions separated by a one-week transition period from February
15-19. During this "break" from bootcamp you will have the opportunity to rest which is important for
the muscles, but you'll want to keep on moving to keep them from getting stiff.
If you are truly looking to change your body
composition through proper nutrition and boot camp, then make an appointment to get your weight, body fat and measurements
taken. Your progress will be charted throughout the sessions. You'll get nutrition support, a nutrition log and
helpful printouts for you to succeed in your weight loss goals.
Please note: There are no refunds for classes missed. You may
make up a class in another timeslot within the current session if you wish. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Missing
the warm-up is not encouraged. It is necessary to warm-up the muscles to prevent injury. Class runs for approximately
50 minutes which includes warm-up and cool-down.

. . .Resistance Training classes. .
.
The Resistance
training class is a great workout with dumbbells and cable weights at TNT studio. Get personal training at a fraction
of the cost of one-on-one training. You need to bring nothing but yourself. Provided is cold water, fresh towels
and equipment. Sessions are 2x per week to learn the exercises and you do the 3rd time at home on your own. You
will get a printout with detail on how to perform the exercise, number of sets and repetitions to do. You are on your
own to push yourself through. You will get instruction on how to modify certain exercises for your home environment.
This is introductory class to using weights. When the time is right, you will move on to heavier weights and also
more complex exercises. No "barbie" weights here! You will challenge your muscles to burn fat and increase
your metabolism. Four weeks at 2x per week is $200, however, if you are joining for the first time, you get the first
class free. The cost is $175 for your first 4 weeks. There are no classes as of now and new classes will
be announced when the schedule it set.
