I have always considered myself health-conscious and active.  In the past five years I have joined four different gyms and for each membership year, attended a handful of times all year!  Who was I kidding?  One day i stopped at the traffic light in Oakland and i spotted TNT Bootcamp and said jokingly "That's what I need".  On impulse I drove through the parking lot and stopped for a moment to write down the email address displayed in the window.  I emailed Tiffani and my life changed forever!  I have been with TNT for almost a year now and have become the fit, athletic person that I knew I was.  If i miss a week - a gently "where were you" email goes out and I'm back on track.  Tiffani and Laura looked at my food journal and without judgment, recommended changes and strategies to get my food choices in a healthier range without a lot of sacrifice.  The workouts are challenging but fun.  Everyone in the class received individual attention whether it is a push here or a correction of form there; and once in awhile we share a laugh!  I have left there every time very glad i pushed myself to go and recognize the way both the trainers and my classmates motivate me to put in my best efforts.  Since joining, I have lost 12 lbs and am the most fit I have been since my 20s.  At last, I found a motivating, successful program that fits into my schedule and has kept me coming back for more! - Sandy K, Ringwood, NJ

I've been a TNT member since April 2010 and can assure you that it's the way to go for your overall fitness goals.  I prefer the 6:00 a.m. class, although I won't say that "springing" out of bed always comes easy! But it's a great way to jump start your day and I leave there pumped and ready to take on the day. Tiffani and Laura offer many varieties of total-body workouts, as well as home workouts for your off days.  There's always modification to suit your personal needs and they are always there to motivate you and be sure you are in proper "form". TNT sends frequent emails providing healthy, yummy recipes, as well as nutrition tips. I decided to join TNT Bootcamp for a couple reasons. I've never been very good at making time to get to the gym and Tiffani's bootcamp classes are scheduled and regular, which makes it easier for me to stay on schedule! Plus, I definitely need some guidance and coaching on my from and the best way to do the strength training exercises and cardio safely and effectively and Tiffani runs her bootcamp sessions like a personal training session. Both lietrally and figuratively. She is a highly-qualified personal trainer plus she also ensures that her sessions have that personal touch. She makes sure she knows everyone in her classes and what their limitations are so she can better motivate and guide you through the workout. She is constantly roaming the room and watching her clients VERY carefully. If she sees an opportunity to correct the posture or position, she does so immediately! She always says it's her job to keep us safe from any injury, and she means it!

From a personal perspective, she is wonderfully accommodating on the types of exercises. She'll modify a station for me if I am unable to sustain it due to an injury or other pain points. This modification, to me, is critical because I have used my "knee issues" as an excuse to exercise regularly forever. Now, I don't feel that I can't get the highest level of benefit from exercising because of my knee... she helps me find ways to make the most of my workout while protecting it.
 
Lastly, the best part of TNT Bootcamp is the sense of accomplishment I feel after a workout. Rounding the corner to 40 with 2 babies under my belt make me realize that for the sake of my health, I need to just do it! Tiffani's motto in class is stronger, faster, better. I started boot camp 3 months ago after living the life as a couch potato for about a year. Getting started was hard, but worth it. I have always tried to have an active lifestyle and have exercised on and off for years, but as I approached my mid-40s, I noticed that I have to work harder to maintain muscle and keep my weight down. Boot camp is the perfet solution for me. Tiffani's classes are always different and challenging, which keeps me motivated to stick with the program. Her routines are effective at working different muscle groups, such as my core muscles, which have definitley weakened over the years. I used to have minor back pain, and now that is gone! I feel stronger, less fatigued, my posture has improved, and I am finally beginning to really see a change in my shape. I've accepted that it takes time and commitment to regularly exercise to really see and feel a difference; this class makes it easy for me. I actually look forward to joining other women much like me and to even working up a sweat at 6am! When I leave my class each morning, I feel like I treated myself to something really good. I am very lazy. It was my fitst time joining boot camp this past November. It was my first time I did this kind of exercise, and I thought that I would quit after a couple of classes.
