How many days per week is Bootcamp and other
There are Bootcamp classes on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, check the schedule for class
times as they vary. We have also expanded our class types which now include Bags & Bells, TRX Fusion, Cardio/Core,
& ZoneTone. Class descriptions are included on the Schedule page.
What are Pay-As-You-Go classes?
Currently we offer Bodyweight
Bootcamp on Saturdays at 8:15am. These are workouts with the trainer and have been created to attract fitness clients
that do not wish to make a commitment at the time. If you can come, you pay at the door. If you can't, no payment
necessary. Walk-ins are $15 and must complete a disclaimer/waiver before taking the class, so please arrive early to
Are your workouts indoors?
workouts are mostly done indoors in a climate-controlled studio. However, we like to change it up sometimes and take
the early class outdoors in nice weather.
I go to different class times?
The answer is yes! As long as the class isn't overcrowded,
we are happy to be flexible to meet your scheduling needs.
What do I bring to class?
You need to wear comfortable clothing, preferrably sweat
absorbing and breathable. And you need to bring water with you. We provide sweat towels for your convenience and
FREE water refills at our water cooler. No equipment necessary, we supply it all.
What about nutrition?
I think we all know that nutrition
plays a huge role in weight loss. As a new member, you will receive a Jump Start nutrition plan to get you started on
the right nutrition path as well as a "sit-down" with us to discuss your nutritional habits and how we can make
them better. We are not trying to inundate you as you start your journey at TNT Bootcamps, but will help you get the
ball rolling. After the Jump Start nutrition plan, we will guide you into another phase of nutrition that will keep
your metabolism exploding when used in conjunction with your bootcamp workouts.
